ReapAir Compressor Services, part of the Inter-Power Group, is seeking a technical sales representative to drive business growth in the Greater Toronto Area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a background in industrial air compressors. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in business to business.
  • Knowledge of industrial air compressors or technical related field.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.

ReapAir Compressor Services is an Inter-Power Group division located in Burlington, Ontario. Specialized in Industrial Compressors and its components as well as service and maintenance, we provide compressed air solutions and peace of mind to our customers.

Our team is currently looking for an energetic and results driven technical sales representative to help us grow our business within the Greater Toronto Area.

The Technical sales representative represents the company and its values in front of customers. Herewith, this position is truly important.

This position reports directly to the Vice-President Sales & Service. The candidate will be working in team with all departments in order to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a business plan to achieve and exceed objectives
  • Prepare sales proposals and conduct sales presentation for prospective customers
  • Developing the market by actively prospecting for new sales opportunities
  • Develop an understanding of the customers' business needs and future requirements
  • Negotiate terms and review sales proposals
  • Communicate on a daily basis with the sales coordinator, work as a team in order to respond to customer inquiries and expectations, keep software and customer’s data updated
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • All duties that could be assigned in order to help the Sales team and attempt objectives.

Qualifications

  • +5 years of previous successful sales experience (business to business)
  • Knowledge of industrial air compressors or technical related field
  • Must have valid Driver's License
