Qualifications

• Strong understanding of construction processes with a focus on multi-family projects.
• Minimum of five years in building materials sales, especially multi-family.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn internal software.
• Experience with Engineered Wood Products and roof trusses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Tech-Wood and multi-family clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in Calgary's multi-family market.
• Collaborate with customers and design teams to provide solutions.
• Prepare quotes and manage pricing for client projects.
• Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with production and shipping to meet timelines.
• Conduct site visits with supervisors on multi-family projects.
• Represent Tech-Wood at relevant industry events.
