Job summary

Blackline Safety in Canada is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to own the end-to-end customer evaluation during the sales cycle and demonstrate how Blackline's solutions meet the customer's success criteria. You will work closely with Sales Managers and distribution partners to deliver the best possible experience.

Responsibilities include supporting product evaluations, structuring field testing scopes, training customers, configuring web account settings, scheduling feedback sessions,

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary diploma, degree or technician certification.
• Previous sales experience, with project management.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Comfortable with technology including GPS, GSM, web applications.
• Ability to process and analyze data and explain it simply.
• Fluency in Portuguese is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of Blackline's products and services during the customer buying cycle.
• Strategically structure and prepare field testing scope of work to showcase Blackline's solutions and provide results.
• Train potential customers on the Blackline product line and web portal solutions.
• Configure web-based account settings for optimal performance based on customer requirements.
• Schedule feedback sessions with potential customers, listen to their needs and adjust the solutions as required.
• Prepare reports and summaries for customers that underline the performance of our products and services.
• Interface with Technical Sales Coordinator on demo device shipments.
• Provide technical support on sales demo devices that are being used for field testing.
