Job summary

Blackline Safety is expanding its team in Canada to support high-volume product sales orders and customer interactions. The role involves processing orders, liaising with Sales, Client Success, Production & Shipping, and distributors, and delivering proactive, professional communication to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in customer service or order processing, strong attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems (NetSuite is a plus).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, order processing, sales support, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with a CRM system (NetSuite considered an asset).
• Demonstrates advanced verbal and written business communication skills that are clear, concise, courteous, and professional.
• Enjoy customer service and supporting a dynamic team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Process high volume of product sales orders accurately according to standards.
• Liaise with Regional Sales Managers, Client Success, Production & Shipping teams, distributors and customers while processing purchase orders.
• Provide information to customers via emails and phone calls in a proactive, prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism and high standards in all interactions.
• Meet customer care goals and service levels for an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify areas of improvement and work with leaders to develop solutions and implement change.
• Handle shipping disputes and rush orders; escalate discrepancies and provide improvement suggestions.
• Process credit card payments and collaborate with finance regarding invoicing and credit disputes.
