Job summary

Hydreight Technologies is seeking a Product Owner with strong technical acumen to drive product execution across our platform. This onsite role reports to the Product Leader and acts as a bridge between development, UX/UI and business teams, translating priorities into actionable requirements and delivering them.

You will coordinate daily with offshore teams aligned to EST, write epics and acceptance criteria in Jira, manage backlogs, and collaborate with developers and designers to ensure clear

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner or BA experience in SaaS/B2B
• Ability to write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria
• Hands-on Jira experience
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and system integrations
• Familiarity with microservices, data modeling, and RESTful architecture
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional and offshore teams
• Willingness to work EST hours and occasional after-hours
• Strong communication and teamwork across time zones
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with offshore development aligned to EST
• Translate priorities into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira
• Manage product backlog and follow up to move items forward
• Work with developers and UX/UI to ensure features understood and implemented
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and sprint reviews
• Communicate functional requirements, user flows, and system behavior to technical and non-technical audiences
• Validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria
• Review API documentation and define integration requirements
• Support release notes, internal documentation, and user training materials
• Collect product usage data and user feedback for decision-making
• Escalate workflow gaps to Product Leader
