Source Code is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead product strategy and backlog with hands-on prioritization across JIRA, Azure DevOps and Pivotal Tracker. The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration to align executives and teams and drive customer value.

The successful candidate will articulate the product vision, define measurable objectives, and oversee delivery milestones in a hybrid work setup with three days in office and two remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience communicating and mediating with business teams to keep product progress on schedule
• Ability to identify risks/events early and define mitigation strategies
• Ability to articulate and prioritize issues at program/exec level and recommend decisions
• Knowledge of backlog management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker
