Job summary

FCC seeks a Senior Product Owner for its Online & Digital domain to translate strategy into actionable work. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage the product backlog, and ensure secure, intuitive digital solutions for customers and partners.

You will align initiatives with corporate goals, drive releasable business value, and coach teams in agile delivery while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or a related discipline.
• Eight years of financial institution or agricultural experience.
• Four years of experience in project management or lead analysis.
• Proven knowledge of agile principles, methodologies and techniques, with the ability to coach others.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and communicate priority decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and mediation skills.
• Substantial experience with IT industry standards and software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and prioritize a transparent product backlog that supports corporate and product goals.
• Work with product leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, needs and maintenance work.
• Manage and prioritize work for one or more agile teams, organize stories into sprints, and support releases.
• Develop and communicate product requirements, including user stories, specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
• Demonstrate new functionality, gather feedback and use it to enhance future features.
• Communicate priorities and status, negotiate needs, and improve agile practices.
