Job summary

Fortra, LLC is seeking an AI Product Manager in Canada to define, build, and launch AI-powered software products. You will lead market analysis, develop strategy and roadmaps, and coordinate with engineering, data science, security, and legal teams to ensure responsible AI delivery and on-time launches.

The role requires 5–10 years in product management or AI/ML in an enterprise setting, a technical or business degree, and strong communication skills to translate customer needs into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of product management, software, data, or AI/ML product experience in an enterprise software company.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain AI concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, data science/ML, design, security, legal, product, sales, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• AI market analysis and trend monitoring to identify opportunities and risks.
• Define product strategy and roadmap balancing value, feasibility, and responsible AI considerations.
• Define and manage AI product requirements, data needs, quality, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Lead pilots, beta tests, and launches; document feedback and monitor safety signals for AI features.
• Train Sales and Partners on AI use cases, capabilities, limitations, and responsible-use guidance.
