Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a premier enterprise retail client. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives in Supply Chain and Store Operations, driving program execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong PM and Scrum Master experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and execute across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a technical PM / Scrum Master
• Experience creating RACI charts and RAID logs
• Experience in large enterprises, retail preferred
• Delivery of end-to-end complex programs

This individual will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within Supply Chain and Store Operations environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Project Management and Scrum Master experience, with the ability to drive program execution, manage stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure successful delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.

This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in both Agile and Waterfall environments while supporting enhancements, BAU initiatives, and strategic enterprise projects.

Skills and Requirements

• -5-10+ years of experience as a technical application Project Manager / Scrum Master
• Experience as a strong Project Manager with the ability to create RACI charts, RAID logs, documentation, stakeholder management
• Experience working at large enterprises, preferably in a large-scale retail environment with store knowledge
• Experience working within Supply Chain with experience with DC management, inventory management...etc.
• End-to-end delivery of complex program delivery
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments
• Enhancements on BAU work and new functionalities
• Leading day-to-day Scrum ceremonies / daily stand-up
• Strong documentation process to write artifacts that can be replicated for future use and store openings
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
• Experience with AI and using this in your daily process to leverage efficiencies within the team (Claude, Gemini, Chat GPT) -SAP/ERP integration experience
