Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to join a premier enterprise retail client. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives in Supply Chain and Store Operations, driving program execution and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong PM and Scrum Master experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and execute across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a technical PM / Scrum Master
• Experience creating RACI charts and RAID logs
• Experience in large enterprises, retail preferred
• Delivery of end-to-end complex programs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within Supply Chain and Store Operations
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams
• Support enhancements, BAU initiatives, and strategic enterprise projects
