Insight Global is seeking a Business/Technical Cutover Coordinator to support planning and execution of a large-scale enterprise transformation. You will partner with the Business Cutover Lead to coordinate readiness activities, track milestones, manage documentation, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams throughout rollout.

• Exceptional attention to detail with experience managing project trackers, risks, dependencies, action items, and status updates.
• Ability to understand system implementations, process changes, and technical impacts.
• Experience identifying risks, dependencies, and sequencing issues that may impact deployment timelines.
• Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Office Suite are commonly used across initiatives.
• Experience supporting retail, merchandising, product development, or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Involvement in system rollouts, technology deployments, or change initiatives.
• Curiosity, ownership, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, documenting processes, or supporting UAT.
• Exposure to ERP, PLM, supply chain, or large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Cutover Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing readiness activities.
• Track key milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across business and technology workstreams.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for deployment.
• Gather, document, and communicate business feedback related to new processes, system changes, and user experience impacts.
• Help stakeholders understand new workflows and process changes resulting from system implementation.
• Assess and communicate how business process changes may impact timelines, readiness activities, and go/no-go decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, tracking tools, and governance materials.
• Coordinate updates from multiple teams and identify gaps, blockers, or risks requiring escalation.
• Translate technical discussions into clear business language and ensure key information is communicated to appropriate audiences.
• Support post-deployment feedback collection and work with teams to incorporate lessons learned and future enhancements.

Insight Global is seeking a Business / Technical Cutover Coordinator to support the successful planning and execution of a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative. This individual will partner closely with the Business Cutover Lead to coordinate readiness activities, track critical milestones, manage project documentation, and ensure alignment between business and technology teams throughout the rollout process.

This role is ideal for someone early in their project coordination, business analysis, or project management career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across multiple functional teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring stakeholders are prepared for deployment activities by gathering updates, managing dependencies, documenting risks, coordinating communications, and supporting go/no-go decision-making.

A strong candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing large amounts of information across complex enterprise environments. They will possess enough technical aptitude to understand system changes and implementation impacts while effectively translating technical conversations into business-friendly language. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a natural ability to drive follow-through across diverse stakeholder groups.
