• 3–5 years of related work portfolio experience in mobile, cloud, or enterprise tech.
• Experience in Mobile Device Management and Server/Cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to learn and master new technologies with minimal assistance.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and explain concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to embrace change and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical research, product exploration, and hands-on testing to develop deep subject matter expertise.
• Design, develop, and maintain technically accurate learning experiences that simplify complex subjects for learners.
• Create learning exercises and activities aligned to subject and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure learning effectiveness and accuracy.
• Develop learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, web-based, and video formats.
• Own learning projects through all stages from intake to change management.
