Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor – Aerospace Structures Assembly in Dorval Plant 3. You will join the Organizational Learning team to advise on production training needs and collaborate with partners to create and deliver learning solutions that align with manufacturing goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace structures assembly.
• Experience in learning and development, adult education, project management or coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence others.
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating technical training content and hands-on activities.
• Prepare training classes and environments for delivery.
• Deliver training sessions to production staff.
• Develop onboarding plans for structure assemblers and support new employee integration.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and cross-training initiatives.
• Act as SME and provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
• Lead coaching sessions and provide learner feedback.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Learning Advisor – Aerospace Structures Assembly. By joining the Organizational Learning team, you will act as an advisor on production training needs. You will work closely with strategic partners to develop and deliver learning solutions that support the achievement of manufacturing plan objectives.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Assisting in the development and updating of technical training content and hands-on learning activities;
• Preparing training classes and learning environments required for training delivery;
• Delivering training sessions;
• Participating in the development of training and onboarding plans for structure assemblers;
• Supporting the integration of new employees;
• Contributing to knowledge transfer plans and workforce cross-training optimization initiatives;
• Acting as a subject matter expert and providing the technical expertise required to resolve complex operational issues;
• Leading coaching sessions and providing feedback to learners;
• Identifying and capturing continuous improvement opportunities;
• Promoting continuous learning, people development, and operational excellence.
