Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor in Dorval, Quebec to join the organizational learning team. You will design and deliver hands-on training, set up training environments, and support new employees in collaboration with strategic partners to meet manufacturing objectives.

The role requires a DEC/AEC in Aircraft Maintenance and a minimum of four years as a Pre-flight Mechanical Technician, with bilingual French/English communication and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience as a Pre‑flight Mechanical Technician.
• DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance is required; licenses (M2/EASA-B1/FAA-A&P) are assets.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor with a mechanical technician profile. By joining the organizational learning team, you will act as both an advisor and trainer, addressing the initial training needs of our new employees. You will work closely with strategic partners to propose learning solutions that contribute to achieving the objectives of the manufacturing plan.

• Act as a resource person and provide the technical expertise required to implement new learning solutions and programsLead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pre‑flight Mechanical Technician
• You hold a DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance (an M2 License or EASA B1 License or FAA A&P would be an asset)
