We are seeking a highly hands‑on and proactive Production Support Analyst / Engineer with Salesforce Admin Certification to support and maintain critical enterprise applications, with a strong focus on capital markets trading and risk systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production support for large-scale, global platforms and be comfortable working across application support, system monitoring, scripting, incident management, and stakeholder coordination.
This role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can quickly gain deep functional and technical knowledge of supported applications, act as a subject matter expert, and ensure high system availability, stability, and performance. The candidate should also be experienced in working with cross‑functional teams, managing production issues, and driving continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $100K - CAD $120K/year & benefits (see below).
