Job summary

Procom is seeking a Technical IT Business Analyst with Pega and Python expertise to support Canada Banking Analytics. The role focuses on targeted marketing campaigns, pre-sizing, segmentation, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating across analytics, marketing, and technology teams in a Toronto hybrid setup.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with PEGA CDH, Pega Marketing, and Python, and will drive data-driven insights and decision strategies for multi-channel customer

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• 2+ years with PEGA CDH Marketing Campaign Delivery.
• Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• 4+ years working with large data sets and relational databases with advanced SQL skills.
• Recent experience with Python.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and support design, build, and execution of customer marketing offers.
• Apply Next Best Action design principles to build and test decision strategies using Pega.
• Document and implement business requirements for customer interactions across multiple channels.
• Analyze data around campaign presentment and customer responses to deliver insights.
• Serve as liaison between analytics, marketing, product lines, technology, and stakeholders.
• Provide SME on customer contact and data validation activities.
• Support production incident investigations and inquiries.
