Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• At least 4 years of IT experience with focus on business analysis in banking/financial services.
• Experience with Pega, BPMN, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship; relocation/travel may be required.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Visio is preferred.
