PEGA Production Support Sr. Engineer

Experience in Pega PRPC Production Support. Pega Certified Senior System Architect is the MUST. (PCSSA)

Proficiency in RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, MSSQL) and Linux/Windows administration Configure, and maintain Pega nodes, clusters, and application lifecycles (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD). Package application rules (RAP/Product Rules) and manage deployments using pipelines like Pega Deployment Manager or Jenkins. Monitor system health using tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), Splunk, and Grafana; optimize JVM heap, thread pools, and queue processors. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for App issues and indexing problems, and database bottlenecks.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is CAD $88,616 - $128,260. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all Canada locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
