Job summary

Unified Alloys in Edmonton is seeking an experienced Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Based in Edmonton, you’ll support both Alberta and British Columbia markets, handling inquiries, quotes, and order follow-up while working closely with the Langley and Edmonton branches.

Qualifications

Industrial inside sales experience, preferably in PVF or B2B.
Knowledge of pipe, fittings, flanges, valves and stainless products.
Experienced in handling inquiries, quoting and order follow-up quickly.
Strong remote relationship development with customers.
Proficient in CRM/ERP and MS Office.
Integrity, accountability and compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

Process orders, quotes, returns and inquiries accurately within turnaround times.
Respond with product pricing and availability to drive sales.
Recommend products based on specs (size, schedule, material grade).
Source non-stock items via approved vendors.
Track orders and expedite shipments to meet delivery dates.
Maintain CRM records of calls, contacts and meetings.
Collaborate with Edmonton and Langley teams to support both markets.
Monitor demand fluctuations and inform purchasing for inventory planning.
Adhere to Quality, Health and Safety standards and ISO directives.
