Title: Technical Delivery Manager - Senior
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite in Edmonton, AB)
Duration: 12 Months + 12 Months possible extension

Must Have

• Currently active PMP or PGMP Certification as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent (attach a copy of the certificate)

Work Experience

• Experience leading projects spanning the full systems development life cycle.
• Experience managing multiple resources and/or delivery teams (including recruitment and removing resources as required).
• Experience with preparing and executing project plans.
• Experience working in the Alberta post-secondary sector with a sound knowledge of its stakeholders, business functions, and informational requirements.
• Experience working with educational data standards, in particular Postsecondary Electronic Standards Council (PESC) standards.

Nice to Have
The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role:

• University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR
• Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience; OR
• One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.
• The ability to manage multiple projects at one time and to prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience delivering solutions within an Enterprise Architecture Environment.
• Experience facilitating requirements or design work sessions.
• Experience in architecting large scale distributed enterprise systems.
• Experience utilizing and enforcing source control.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning.
• Experience working with MS Project tools
