Our AI agent turns raw videos into professional presentations, handling everything from background noise removal to automated captioning and unique background music composition - just like a human video editor would.

  • We've grown 10x in the past year and proudly serve 4,000 paying business users around the world in 115 languages.
  • Founded in August 2023, we've successfully raised a Seed round this year.

Position Summary

We're looking for a enthusiastic, proactive Customer Success Manager. You'll be the voice of OneTake to our customers and the voice of our customers within OneTake. This isn't just about handling support tickets - it's about creating "wow" moments and ensuring entrepreneurs succeed with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead customer success initiatives with high autonomy and decision-making power
  • Provide outstanding support via live chat, email, and video calls (within ±4 hours of CET timezone)
  • Maintain and improve our knowledge base / documentation, keeping it current with the bi-weekly product updates
  • Create video tutorials and quick explainer content as needed
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to advocate for customer needs
  • Help develop and implement customer retention strategies
  • Manage customer success budget for "wow" moments and customer gifts
  • Build and lead a growing customer success team (1-2 people within 12 months)

Required Qualifications
  • Natural positive energy and a bubbly personality (Note from the CEO: I’m an engineer. I write like this. I know it’s dry! I promise I’m more fun in real life. But we’re looking for someone who does not write like this.)
  • Mastery of written and spoken English
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Experience creating documentation materials
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability
  • Located within ±4 hours of CET timezone
  • Proficiency with AI tools, particularly LLMs like ChatGPT or Claude
Preferred Skills & Attributes
  • SaaS/Startup experience
  • Additional language skills : We use AI tools to auto-translate tickets, but if you speak more than one language it’s a plus, since our audience is international.
  • Experience with customer success tools (Crisp.chat, Zoom, etc.)
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration
