About The Role

The Senior Manager of Data & Analytics will play a key role in evolving the data practice at ZayZoon. Managing a team of five data specialists across two teams, the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics will be responsible for building strong data foundations to support scaling, generating insights for proactive decision-making across the organization.

1. Move ZayZoon from legacy data systems to a modern data technology stack.
2. Introduce and mature governance, documentation, and quality in data architecture, modeling, and infrastructure development.
3. Coordinate and execute on medallion data pipeline implementation and reporting change management.
4. Oversee data operations and grow centralized analytical capabilities, including team performance and development.
5. Collaborate with Ops and Engineering teams to support AI LLM and ML applications.
6. Manage vendor selection and procurement strategically.
7. Foster team growth through coaching, mentorship, and effective work management.

You Bring

1. Deep knowledge of data architecture and engineering across multiple data stack components.
2. Experience establishing KPI frameworks and managing governance and controls.
3. Proven leadership in building and managing data analytics teams.
4. Ability to work from high-level business objectives with a pragmatic approach to infrastructure needs.
5. Understanding of Revenue Technology stacks including CDP, CRM, DWH.
6. Interest and familiarity with LLM, MCP, RAG/Vector Stores, and AI applications.
7. Experience in FinTech startups, especially HR Tech, Payroll, or Benefits, is highly regarded.
