Job Description:
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement, with knowledge in Banking and Financial Services domain.
- Good understanding of capabilities of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and conducting workshops to drive requirements design by engaging Business and Technical stakeholders.
- Facilitating review and approval of requirements from all stakeholders.
- Subject matter expertise in integration architecture and ability to map integration patterns to functional usage.
- Experience with MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools (Mulesoft), APIs (REST, ODATA Web APIs), and SSIS packages.
- Experience in data migration, including data analysis, mappings, and harmonization using OOB and third-party tools; preferable experience in Azure Data Factory.
- Experience in data migration and translation using middleware and Dynamics 365 CRM's out-of-the-box data import process.
- Experience in data analysis and validation with CRM Dynamics configuration rules.
- Exposure to workflows, plugins, form customization, and CRM administration.
- Proficiency in writing user stories, conducting grooming sessions, and story walkthroughs.
- Presenting demos to Product Owners and stakeholders for final sign-off.
- Preparation of use case diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and Visio flows.
- Authoring user stories, grooming the integration backlog, identifying dependencies, and sequencing work production.
- Collaborating with the team to define backlog and implementation sequence.
- Conducting impact analysis of change requests on existing business flows.
- Assisting POs in deciding the fitment of change requests within existing business flows without additional development.
- Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and story grooming.
- Contributing to the transfer of functional requirements to development and testing teams.
- Staying updated on CRM technology updates and educating end-users on CRM functionalities.
- Performing system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Conducting application-level testing to certify features.
