Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interface between business partners, data owners and developers to define requirements and use cases.
• Collaborate with the development team and technical architects to identify Web, Mobile & Data requirements.
• Work with Process Owners and stakeholders to document requirements for new opportunities or enhancements.
• Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and fixes.
• Understand customer objectives to make educated recommendations and improvements.
• Provide direction to the development team in distributed environments.
• Exposure to Mobile technologies – MAUI and iOS development.
• Develop high level designs converting requirements into business processes.
• Participate in requirements, design and construction phases to ensure delivery from a technical perspective.
• Discuss with customers to crystallize requirements and change requests.
• Manage daily activities of the development team onsite and offshore in coordination with customer SPOCs.
• Provide mentoring and feedback to the development team on business/technical matters.

Job description

Language Skill: (Must have): Advance French-Canadian language efficiency. The position will require to communicate in French (read, write and present in workshops which will have majority French speakers) (Native speakers preferred).

Communication Skill: (Must have): Ability to analyse business case. Manage stakeholder communication, Project sponsor and business relationship management, User training, User experience management.

Responsibilities

• Act as Interface between business partners, data source owners and application developers to define requirements and use cases
• Work with the development team & technical architects to fully identify all aspects of Web, Mobile & Data functional requirements
• Work closely and interactively with the Process Owners and Business and Technical Stakeholders to act as a primary point of contact for identifying and documenting requirements for new business or technical opportunities or enhancements
• Provide technical support to business users – troubleshooting and providing fixes where required
• Understand Customers objectives, processes & products in order to make educated recommendations and improvements
• Provide business direction to development team as needed in implementation of projects, working in a distributed development environment;
• Exposure onto Mobile technologies – Primarily iOS development & MAUI
• Develop high level designs for converting functional requirements into business processes;
• Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases and ensure the successful delivery from a high-level technical perspective;
• Participate in discussions with customers to crystallize business requirements and change request;
• Manage daily activities of the development team both onsite and offshore as needed incordination with customer SPOCs.
• Provide mentoring, assistance and feedback to the development team on all business / technical matters & team deliverables;
