Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a senior technology leader to own the Tech Vertical, define the development strategy, and drive architectural decisions across the company. You will lead engineers, SDIT, Product Owners, and senior technologists to deliver on a strategic roadmap with a focus on innovation and quality.

You will collaborate with SRE and other departments, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure governance, security, and regulatory standards are met while

Qualifications

15+ years of software development experience, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record managing large-scale software projects and teams.
Strong understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and modern development practices.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of software engineers and technical leads.
Define and execute the tech development strategy across the organization.
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of tech projects with visibility on progress and deadlines.
