• Proven experience defining technical strategy and architecture for a global division.
• Hands-on expertise in modern engineering practices, cloud, data and integration patterns.
• Experience guiding teams and stakeholders through influence, not direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the division's technical strategy and target architecture.
• Oversee the division’s technical landscape, standards, and reference architectures.
• Represent the division in Architecture Review Board and ensure alignment with standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
