Job summary

Jobtailor in Vancouver is seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for engineering and product roles. You will partner with hiring managers, design candidate profiles, and craft effective search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, GitHub, and referrals.

You will manage the ATS (Ashby/Greenhouse), screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate processes, negotiate offers, and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs in a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in startup or high-growth tech
• Proven track record recruiting for engineering and product roles
• Hands-on ATS experience with Ashby or Greenhouse preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
• Source passive candidates through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pool
• Coordinate interview processes, negotiate offers, and manage closing
