Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the TECH Department’s operational software and support systems.
• Knowledge of desktop PCs and Windows-based operating systems.
• A thorough understanding of all TECH products and services in Photo Electronics, PhotoLab, Audio Video Systems and Computer categories.
• Familiar with management training programs and merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to meet TECH area requirements with inventory control.
• Monitor financials to ensure maximum profitability for the TECH department.
• Set production/sales goals for the TECH team and track performance.
• Develop technical knowledge and strong business skills.
• Promote London Drugs in the community and collaborate with leadership to execute opportunities.
• Ensure department schedules align with projected sales and payroll targets.
