London Drugs in Duncan, BC is seeking an interim Manager - TECH Experience to lead the TECH division inside the store. This role drives growth for the TECH business across Photo Electronics, Computers, TECH Services, and Audio Video while delivering a superior customer experience.

You will lead a skilled team, manage relations with Store, District and Business Unit management, and promote London Drugs as a great place to shop and work in the community.

Qualifications

• Well organized with strong leadership skills.
• Professional sales experience.
• Ability to drive profitability in a TECH environment.
• Willingness to engage in management and technical training.
• Solid merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to meet the TECH department's needs while controlling inventory levels.
• Monitor and control the financial performance of the TECH areas to maximize profitability.
• Set production and sales goals for the TECH Department team and hold them accountable.
• Continue to develop technical knowledge and business acumen.
• Promote London Drugs in the community as a preferred place to shop and work.
• Ensure department schedules meet projected sales and payroll targets.
• Stay updated on new products and services for relevant TECH categories.
