Job summary

London Drugs is hiring a TECH Advisor to act as a senior technical expert in TECH areas of the store, assist customers, and coach TECH Specialists to deliver a superior customer experience. The role includes providing technical sales advice across audio/video, photo electronics, computer equipment and peripherals, plus TECH services.

Additionally, the TECH Advisor will assist at the PhotoLab Counter with kiosks and PhotoLab orders, ensuring smooth fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Senior technical expert in the TECH areas of the store.
• Coach and train TECH Specialists in sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales advice and sales support for audio/video, photo electronics, computer equipment and peripherals.
• Assist at the PhotoLab Counter with kiosks and PhotoLab orders.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control and assist with under/over stock.
• Maintain signing, shelf and price labels; follow Plan-o-grams.
