Job summary

Range Group in Downtown Toronto is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across our travel and technology brands.

You’ll own end-to-end searches for Technology & Product roles, while also filling roles across Finance, Marketing, HR, and other corporate functions, delivering a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience.

Hybrid role—2–3 days in the office—with CAD 75,000–85,000 base, incentives, and a commitment to AI-enabled sourcing and modern recruitment technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Experience recruiting Technology talent across software, data, IT, QA, and product.
• Experience staffing across Finance, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offers and onboarding.
• Lead Tech & Product recruitment including software development, data roles, and IT.
• Support other corporate functions as priorities evolve.
• Source passive talent and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and provide market insights.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and maintain recruitment metrics in Greenhouse.
