Job summary

Integra seeks a Tech I - Quality to inspect parts and materials, verify specifications, and ensure compliance with company standards. You will maintain inspection records, report non-conformances, and support continuous improvement across production teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and basic QA software. Regular lifting and some travel are expected, with a starting rate of $26.00/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, or related field.
• Proficiency in using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
• Physical fitness and strength to regularly lift 30-50 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, bend, crouch, and reach.
• Good vision and manual dexterity.
• Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed.
• May require travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for defects, damage, and conformity to specifications using measuring tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and non-conformances.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings and communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding issues.
• Ensure all fabricated or received parts meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Follow SOPs for quality inspections and participate in audits.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and production to resolve quality issues.
• Provide feedback to production regarding part quality and usability.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or calibration needs.
• Follow safety policies and participate in training and a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Opportunity

What you will do?
