Job summary

Integra Mission Critical is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from initiation to handover at our Brampton office and sites. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.

You bring a 5+ year track record in residential/commercial infrastructure, a relevant degree, and PMP or equivalent. Strong leadership, safety awareness and proficiency with MS Project, Primavera and Procore are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction.
• Proven track record managing residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, safety regulations and legal guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera and Procore.
• Excellent leadership, organization and time management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee construction projects from pre-construction to final handover.

The Opportunity

• Proficiency in project management software eg MS Project Primavera Procore
• Excellent leadership organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation communication and problem solving abilities
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
