Job summary

CATSA is seeking a Financial Advisor, Technology to provide financial analysis, reporting, and contract administration support for technology expenditures, software licensing, and technology assets. The role partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cost visibility and effective management.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in commerce or accounting, at least four years in financial analysis, and strong Excel/financial modeling skills, with the ability to analyze licensing

Qualifications

• Graduation from a recognized college/university with Commerce/Accounting specialization.
• Experience in supporting financial planning activities including budgets and accruals.
• Minimum of four years in financial analysis, contract administration, or related activities.
• Knowledge of software licensing models and cloud licensing.
• Experience interpreting software licensing agreements and vendor commitments.
• Experience with software asset management tools and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and advice related to technology expenditures, software licensing, assets, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile technology-related expenditures including cloud infrastructure and subscriptions.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
