Job summary

TMX Group is seeking a Finance Business Partner for Global Technology Services (GTS) who will act as a trusted advisor to the CIO and leadership team. You will drive FinOps, model cloud consumption costs, manage capitalization governance, and own consolidated plans for GTS in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will build business cases, track ROI, and partner with corporate FP&A to refine cost allocations. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technology Finance / FinOps / IT Business Partnering in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS 38, cloud cost economics, and vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Finance Partnering for Global Technology Services (GTS) led by CIO and leadership team.
• Manage budgets, multi-year plans and rolling forecasts for GTS; partner on cost allocations.
• Lead analytics for technology spend, cloud costs, and capital/IFRS treatment; ensure month-end integrity and governance.
