Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum four years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required; intermediate English due to duties and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounts in accordance with organizational objectives.
• Produce reports and perform audits, inspections and financial simulations.
• Analyze risks, profits and losses.
• Plan and review budget processes.
• Manage and control accounting systems by gathering, processing and recording financial data.
• Assist with product and service pricing and financial engineering.
• Support financial market transactions and tax law analysis, including payroll.
• Advise and assist clients and partners and recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs.
• Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on organizational objectives and priorities.
• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes.
• Develop objectives, solutions and action plans, help implement them and plan close monitoring.
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.
• Review and update practices, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate frequently with stakeholders working in other fields.
• Solve complex problems using analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business.
