Job summary

CATSA is seeking a Senior Advisor, Operational Contracts and Performance Coordination at its HQ in Ottawa on a fixed-term basis until October 27, 2028. The role provides strategic analysis, planning and briefing support to the Director and management team, and serves as the central coordinator for key deliverables.

You will lead or support priority initiatives, prepare briefing materials, reports and presentations related to contract management and performance, and liaise across the directorate

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum six years providing analysis and briefing support to senior management.
• Proven ability to plan, organize, coordinate and track programs and deliverables.
• Strong written communication for senior audiences (briefing notes, reports, presentations).
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on directorate programs and priority initiatives.
• Coordinate directorate priorities and corporate deliverables with tracking tools.
• Ensure alignment and progress with commitments and deadlines.
• Support planning products (Corporate Plan, Annual Report, CEO objectives) with timely input.
