Kinetic Labs seeks a Registered Physiotherapist to lead client-centered movements health within a multidisciplinary team of chiropractors and massage therapists. You will use advanced tools to measure progress, design phased treatment plans, and support long-term recovery and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Licensed physiotherapist in Ontario with registration in good standing.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based, client-centered care.
• Ability to lead with a growth mindset in clinical practice and education.
• Experience collaborating with chiropractors and massage therapists is preferred.
• Comfort with advanced tools and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design systematic treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on care including mobilizations, soft tissue therapy and guided exercise.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and RMTs to support integrative care.
• Maintain accurate client records and track outcomes.
• Contribute to developing new clinical protocols and services.
