Job summary

Kinetic Labs in Toronto is seeking a client-first Registered Massage Therapist to join our integrative team at Downtown and East Bayfront locations. We offer flexible arrangements, with both part-time and full-time roles, and the possibility of an employee role with benefits for the right fit.

You will work with a collaborative team of physiotherapists and chiropractors, deliver tailored massage, document progress, and educate clients on recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with CMTO and in good standing.
• Experience with active populations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Flexible availability including mornings/evenings/weekends.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, client-first Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing integrative team. We're hiring for both our Downtown (591 Yonge St) and East Bayfront (8 Bonnycastle St) locations, and are open to either part-time or full-time arrangements. You’ll work closely with a collaborative team of physiotherapists and chiropractors to deliver hands‑on care that aligns with both treatment plans and the client's goal.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality therapeutic massage curated to each client’s needs and goals
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and chiropractors on treatment plans and referrals
• Accurately document treatments and progress
• Educate clients on recovery strategies, mobility and ongoing care
• Help create a safe, calm and welcoming space the reflects our high standard of care

Communication and Collaboration

• Foster seamless communication between disciplines to support integrated treatment
• Build trust and rapport with clients through empathy, knowledge and consistency
• Offer insight into client recovery progress and help adapt treatment plans as needed
• Act as a team player who brings both clinical skill and positive energy to the space

About You

• Current registration as a Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario
• Valid professional liability insurance and adherence to regulatory standards
• Experience or strong interest in working with an active population
• Confident working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for learning, movement and helping people thrive
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings or weekends
