Qualifications

• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physiotherapist in Alberta.
• Strong skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and movement analysis.
• Experience or interest in functional training, strength and conditioning in a gym-based setting.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and use outcome measures to guide decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Availability to work on-site in Calgary, AB on a contract basis, with flexibility for evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise prescription, and movement coaching in an integrated gym and clinical setting.
• Collaborate with regenerative medicine providers to coordinate care and adjust interventions.
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in clinic systems; educate patients on prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
