Job summary

CIBC is seeking a technology audit professional to support Internal Audit with coverage of technology risk across infrastructure, security, resilience and cloud services. You will lead audits, assess controls, and report findings to management.

The role requires 2-4 years of tech audit experience, professional certifications, and strong collaboration in a hybrid work setting with 1-3 days onsite in Toronto. The team values accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of technology audit experience with knowledge of IT risk, security, and resilience.
• Experience auditing technology infrastructure, cloud services, access and data controls.
• Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, ISO, and NIST frameworks preferred.
• Ability to write concise reports used by senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to annual Audit Plan for Technology Operations, Security and Resilience.
• Execute technology-related audits and manage audit engagements within plans and budgets.
• Communicate risk trends and control issues to Internal Audit management and senior stakeholders.
