Job summary
IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Procurement Transformation Program in Toronto on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite). This six-month contract includes a likely extension and a start date in October 2026.
You will gather and document business requirements, lead stakeholder discussions, develop user stories and process documentation, participate in Agile ceremonies, and support QA/UAT activities while collaborating with business,
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Banking or insurance industry experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jira & Confluence.
- Agile & Waterfall methodology experience.
- User stories and Agile ceremonies experience.
- QA & UAT experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder discussions and working sessions.
- Develop user stories and process documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Support QA and UAT activities.
- Work with business, technology, and procurement stakeholders.
