About the role: Team Manager – Public Sector Sales

Reporting to the Head of Public Sector, you will recruit, hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives supporting enterprise and mid-market customers across Canada. You will create and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare, nonprofit, education, and government clients, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Professional Services, and Product teams.

As an active coach, you’ll participate in customer meetings, conduct pipeline deep dives, and drive territory reviews. You’ll also prepare narrative reports for senior leaders and partner on key business initiatives to ensure your team consistently exceeds its KPIs.
