A leading organization in developmental services is seeking a Team Leader to assist and manage Direct Support Professionals in Regina. The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance.
