Job summary

The Team Leader, Integrated Services position in Dawson Creek supports a close-knit team within BC Public Service. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field OR Master’s Degree with practicum in family and child welfare
• In-service BC MCFD employees with SPO 24-30 base position delegating under CFCSA
• Registration with BC College of Social Workers or eligible for registration (ICES equivalency if education outside Canada)
• At least 2 years of job-specific work experience
• Experience supervising staff

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a dedicated Integrated Services team in Dawson Creek
• Build strong relationships with community partners to improve outcomes for children, youth, and families
• Collaborate with Northeast Team Leaders to share knowledge and build capacity in a rural setting
• Maintain inclusive leadership and foster respectful service delivery
