Job summary

Interior Health is seeking a permanent full-time Integrated Child and Youth Program Leader to advance child and youth mental health services through collaboration, innovation, and partnerships. Location is flexible between Trail and Castlegar, with a hybrid work model.

The role leads a multidisciplinary team, ensures fidelity to the ICY model of care, and drives integration of services for children, youth and families. Preference for Indigenous partnerships and cultural safety in care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a health care-related field required.
• At least 5 years in clinical supervision/administration and community development.
• CPR Level C and valid BC Driver’s Licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICY multidisciplinary team and provide mentoring and development.
• Coordinate integrated care plans and oversee service delivery.
• Ensure culturally safe, trauma-informed, child/family-centered care.
• Manage budget, procurement, and program standards of care.
• Collaborate with Indigenous partners and community organizations.
