Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Sales Team Leader for our Dix30 store in Brossard. You will lead a small team, drive sales, and ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience on the floor.

Responsibilities include team leadership, visual merchandising, and staying current with promotions and products. Strong English and French communication is required. This is an on-site role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Ability to create visually appealing displays that drive sales.
• Proactive with strong initiative and teamwork.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
