Job summary

JACK & JONES Bayshore in Ottawa is seeking a Sales Team Leader to inspire a dynamic retail team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience. This role reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities to grow through internal promotions and performance-based incentives.

You will drive sales, hit targets, maintain visual standards, manage floor stock, and ensure customers leave with a smile. Bilingual English and French communication is valued to serve our diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Merchandising and visual displays to attract customers.
• Strong initiative and proactive attitude.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Position: Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES
Reports to:Store Manager
Location:Bayshore, Ottawa, ON
Compensation Offered: Starts at $19.00 per hour

• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

What it takes:

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
