Job summary

JACK & JONES at CF Markville in Markham, ON is seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide a dynamic team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive sales, ensure visual standards, and maintain an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and French.

Position:Sales Team Leader, JACK & JONES
Reports to:Store Manager
Location:CF Markville, Markham, ON

Compensation Offered: Starts at $20.00 per hour

• Lead and inspire a team to create an energetic and positive shopping experience.
• Show off your retail expertise by driving sales, meeting targets, and keeping our customers coming back for more.
• Make sure every customer leaves with a smile! Provide top-notch customer service that goes above and beyond.
• Be the guardian of our floor stock, making sure it’s always on point, while also keeping the store looking sharp and visually appealing.
• Stay in the loop with JACK & JONES’ products, and exciting store promotions.

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from aminimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)
• You know teamwork makes the dream work. You’re the best teammate!
• You bring the party to the sales floor – your positive vibes are contagious.
• You have excellent communication skills in both English & French - we remember you.
