Job summary

JACK & JONES is seeking a Sales Team Leader for our Heartland Town Centre location in Mississauga, ON. You will lead a retail team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customers leave with a smile.

You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with a dynamic team to keep visual merchandising sharp, manage stock, and promote ongoing store promotions. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• Strong leadership and drive to motivate a team.
• Excellent teamwork and initiative on a busy sales floor.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Compensation Offered: Starts at $20.00 per hour

• You demonstrate the level of leadership and drive that comes from a minimum of 1-2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience.
• You're great at making those visuals pop! Your knack for arranging stuff doesn't just look cool; it practically makes customers want to buy the whole outfit.
• You demonstrate lot of initiative! You get things done ;)

• You bring the party to the sales floor - your positive vibes are contagious.
